DMPTool is a free, open-source, online application that helps researchers create data management plans (DMP) that comply with funder requirements. The Office of Research requires DMPs for all non-fundamental research projects, additionally DMPs are increasingly required for fundamental research by many funding agencies as part of the grant proposal submission. Using the DMPTool, researchers can save, edit, and share plans as well as request a review of their DMPs and TCPs (hyperlink) from the Data Management Services team.
